Rufus Clark Dunlap was born on 3 Aug 1878 in Clearfield, Pennsylvania, United States, son of John R. Dunlap (1833 - 1918) and Jemima D (Bloom) Dunlap (1839 - 1918).
Rufus married Bertha Bloom (1879 - 1950) on 5 Nov 1902 in Clearfield.
Their daughter was Sylvia (Dunlap) Rowles (1903 - 1989).
Rufus died on 20 Jul 1916[1][2] in Knox Township, Clearfield, Pennsylvania aged 37.
