Biography

Mary was born in Indiana in 1827, the daughter of Francis Dunlavy and Mahala Stewart.^[1] She married Theodore S. Benefiel in Indiana in 1847.^[2] Mary passed away in 1885^[3] and is buried in Nashville, Kansas.^[4]

• Find A Grave entry has a death date of 3 Dec 1885, but stone is difficult to read. Cemetery Abstract gives the death date of 9 Sept. 1885, and the age at death of 58 years, 6 months, 28 days.
