Sarah Dunn Hill was alive in 1834 when her father's land was divided up, but widowed since her husband is not listed.

This indenture made the 21th day of November 1834 between Rachel Dunn, widow and relic of Lewis Dunn, dec'd, Lewis Dunn and Amey, his wife, William Dunn and Anna, his wife, Thomas Beall and Massey, his wife and Ephraim Dunn, attorney for Sarah Hill of the one part and Thomas Dunn, Junr. of the other part, witnesses.....formerly owned by Lewis Dunn, dec'd. Rachel Dunn being widow and Lewis Dunn, Anna Dunn, wife of William Dunn, Massey Beall, wife of Thomas Beall and Sarah Hill, being children and heirs of said Lewis Dunn, dec'd who each convey their undivided interest in said lot, the interest of said widow, being one undivided third part of said lot during her life and for each of the said children and heirs one undivided fifth part to have and to hold the said lot of ground with it's appurtenancey to the only proper use and behave of the said Thomas Dunn, Jr. his heirs and assigns forever and the said parties of the first part hereby covenent with the said Thomas Dunn, Jr. that they have good and indisputable estate of inheritance in the premises and have given right to convey the same in unanimous as proven as aforesaid. And lastly, that the said Rachel Dunn, widow as aforesaid Lewis Dunn, and Amey his wife, William Dunn and Anna his wife, Thomas Beall and Massey his wife and Ephraim Dunn, attorney for Sarah Hill and their heirs the entered in the aforesaid lot of ground and its appurtenancy unto the said Thomas Dunn, Jr., Massey and Thomas Beall of Allegany County, Maryland, signed their papers in the presence of Joseph Carter and James Amos, Justices of the Peace of Allegany County, Maryland on November 21, 1834.
