Leonard Dunn was born on 19 Mar 1888 in Bradford, Yorkshire, England, United Kingdom, son of John Leonard Dunn (1865 - 1905) and Emma (Fawthrop) Dunn (1868 - ~1949).

Leonard died on 5 May 1915 in Flanders, Belgium aged 27. He is buried in Menin Gate Memorial, Ypres, West Flanders.[1]
Leonard was born in 1888. He was the son of John Dunn and Emma Fawthrop. He enlisted in the Duke of Wellington's (West Riding) Regiment, service number 3/11068. He was killed in action in Flanders, by poison gas, in 1915. He is buried at the Menin Gate Memorial Cemetery, Ypres Arrondissement, West Flanders, Belgium.
