DUNPHY - On June 14th at his son-in-law's residence, 12 Derby Street. Devonport, William Aloysius, dearly-loved husband of Catherine Agnes Dunphy and loving father of Claudia Walton and Ina Cameron: late of Christchurch; in his 82nd year. RIP. Funeral will leave All Souls' Church, Devonport at 2 p.m to-day (Monday) for O'Neill's' Point Cemetery.
Mr William Aloysius Dunphy, whose death occurred recently at Devonport, Auckland, was well known in Christchurch as a driver of coaches. For a long period he was a livery stable proprietor here and had a reputation as a four-in-hand driver. About 40 years ago he owned and raced horses, and he maintained a keen interest in the sport until his death. He was 91 years of age.

William Aloysius Dunphy died aged 91 years on the 14th June 1941 and buried on the 16th June in O'Neills Point Cemetery, Bayswater, Auckland - Row Z Plot 54
