Clifford was born in 1892. He was the son of James Dunstone and Christina Kerr. [1]
Clifford James Dunstone (23) a clerk, enlisted into the A.I.F. at Keswick, South Australia, Service Number 3175 on 29 June 1915. He was a Private with the 10th Battalion, 10th Reinforcement. [2] Next of kin Mother, Mrs J Dunstone, Railway Terrace, Alberton, South Australia. Unit embarked from Adelaide, South Australia, on board HMAT A70 Ballarat on 14 September 1915. He returned to Australia as a Staff Sergeant with the 50th Battalion.
He passed away in 1981 and was buried at the Centennial Park Cemetery. [3]
