What is the source for his being the son of Paul-Michel Dupont and Perrine X? They are known as the parents of Sainte Dupont. That would make Sainte Dupont of Mortagne-au-Perche the aunt of Gilles Dupont of Brittany, which would be quite extraordinary, and surely there would be numerous references to this fact.
