Biography
John Paul Duran, age 48, was born in Raton, NM on November 6, 1966. A resident of Albuquerque, John Paul, beloved husband and father went to be with the Lord on August 12, 2015.
He is survived by his wife Marie; and son Samuel; parents Leroy and Barbara Duran; sisters Rhonda, Adina and Paula. John Paul also has aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who mourn the loss of a beautiful soul.
John Paul touched the lives of everyone he met. He was a man of God who always put others first. John Paul could put a smile on anyone's face with his sense of humor and optimism. He will be greatly missed.
A Memorial service will be held at First Baptist Church of West Albuquerque, located at 6400 Golf Course Rd NW, Albuquerque, NM 87120. A memorial and reception to celebrate the life of John Paul will be held on Saturday, August 22nd at 10:00 AM at First Baptist Church of West Albuquerque, 6400 Golf Course Rd NW, Albuquerque, NM 87120. All are welcome to attend.
