Biography

Margaret D. "Mamaw" Edwards, 92, of Lexington, widow of William Glenn Edwards, died Tuesday at Central Baptist Hospital in Lexington.

A native of Winchester, she was the daughter of the late Ambrose and Rhoda Raney Durbin. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Winchester.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, two daughters and sons-in-law, a daughter-in-law, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, and four great- great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, George Stewart, and several brothers and sisters.

Services will be held at noon Friday at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home on Harrodsburg Road in Lexington by the Rev. Steve Banks. Burial will follow in Blue Grass Memorial Gardens. ^[1] (Note:Names of living persons removed for privacy reasons).
