It’s a major surgical procedure for the treatment of prostate cancer that is performed under general anesthesia in a hospital operating room. During the procedure, the urologist removes the prostate gland and the seminal vesicles (an organ attached to the top of the prostate).

Cancer free as of June 7 2022 with PSA <.01 Lowest possible measurement(The test measures the amount of prostate-specific antigen (PSA) in your blood. PSA is a protein produced by both cancerous and noncancerous tissue in the prostate, a small gland that sits below the bladder in males.)

19 May 2023: Dorsal Root Ganglion(DRG) simulator electrodes connect to L1 and S3. Generator was placed lower back and above right kidney(under the skin along with the electrodes) and is controlled by an I pod. This was done for chronic pain in the perineum and groin. For 4 years feeling was like sitting on the grip end of a baseball bat that was covered with razor blades and was on fire. This implant helped me endure the pain without ANY opioids. My meds are 600mg of Gabapentin 3 times daily, Amitriptyline 25mg 2 times daily and acetaminophen as needed.

Before the implant I had nerve blocks and ablations that never lasted over 1 hour.

Before this procedure I could not sit for over 15 minutes. I classified my pain as Crying or somebody give me a gun.Side note. When moving back to Georgia Oct 2021 I rode in back of my pickup.Brother flew in to ND and drove us back 1500 miles.

Hi Hulett,

Thanks for your recent contribution to the biography of James Griffis-950. I wonder if you might be able to include a source(s) for the information? I note that you mention the info comes from "BigMacYuma" but I have no idea who this is or how to contact this person for details regarding sources and citations. I was able locate the ?History of Miami County" that this person refers to, and added it to the sources. It would be nice to see the source for the father/son connection to Griffy Griffis. Best Regards, Vince Hernly-6

Hello! Do you happen to have any documentation of Nathaniel Dobbs as the father of Samuel G. Dobbs? I see this often but have never seen a source.

Hi Hulett,

Thanks for creating pre-1700 profile Elizabeth (McClure) Chambers (abt.1689-1747).

Before creating pre-1700 profiles, per our community guidelines, a reliable source must be cited. Find-a-grave is only a reliable source when the cited profile contains a photograph of the headstone documenting information about the person such as name or death date.

Please do not cite find-a-grave as your only source unless it has such a photo and please return to Elizabeth and provide a reliable source.

Thanks.

Thanks for adding Ida Mae Dobbs Tidwell's mother and father. I am just starting to work on my Chambers and Dobbs cousins. I have very little information but am in contact with one of my Chambers cousins I've known all my life and he is helping me with that side. I really know nothing of the Dobbs side. Any information on these two lines would be greatly appreciated. Just for context, Riley and Ida Tidwell were my Great Aunt and Uncle on my paternal side and I am in the process of cleaning their headstone down in Armstrong Cemetery!

Thanks again.

Hi Cousin,

Thanks for adding Susan as the daughter of Atlas Algrine Daniell. I have added some notes listing the other children and the census sources to Atlas, and connected him to his parents, as they were already on WikiTree. That connects Atlas and Susan to the Daniell line on WikiTree back to Robert Daniell. I haven't been able to attach the marriage record for Atlas yet that actually shows the image, so if you know how to do that, it would be great.

Thank you for your updates to https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Harrison-831. It is wonderful that you have done such complete research. Can you please add your original sources for the changes you made? His birth date, and his middle name (which no one has listed), I cannot wait to see his birth/baptism record!!!!!! And his marriage record, no one has ever been able to find that either!!! You are incredible.

Thank you Hulett for adding to John Richard Chambers on my site. Do you possibly have any information on Julia Ann Shaw? I have had a challenge finding a marriage cert, etc for the two of them. All I could find was a death certificate for one of their daughters, Nancy, with their name on it. Also any additional information you may have on John Richard would be helpful. Julia was my 2x great grandmother and Richard my 2x great grandfather. Thanks again for your help. Sharon Ruby

Hello again. You recently made some changes to John J. Slatton's profile at https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Slatton-205. In particular, you changed his birthplace, birth date, and place of death. I reverted these changes because no clarification/citation/discussion was provided. These are certainly important facts that we would like to know and incorporate into his profile. Can you please provide any sources you may have to help other researchers also evaluate the veracity of these claims?

If you check all census he is listed born in Tenn. Also shows Warren born in SC and Andew J (jackson)born in Tenn and the next sib born i ga and first al birth is James Montgomery.

You are right, thanks for the correction. I just changed the birthplace back to TN (as you did). Do you have anything on date of birth (other than 1900 Census) and place of death?

Hello Hulett. Thank you for contributing to the profile of Adeline (Graham) Slatton at Graham-21563. I saw the changes you recently made. In particular, you added Laurens, SC as her place of birth and her death as having occurred on October 11th, 1900 in Greene County, AK. You also changed the level of confidence of these facts from uncertain to certain. Do you mind sharing the sources for this information?

Hi Cousin! WikiTree's Relationship Finder says we're both descendants of Thomas Harrington. I'm a descendant of Charles, whose wife was Agnes Hill. You changed her name, adding Rebecca, but I've not seen any support for that. The source link you added (thanks for that!) calls her Agnes. Do you have another source that supports the change to Rebecca? Also, Surry, Virginia but Northampton, NC. See https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Harrington-459#Note_on_Northhampton

Cheers, Liz

P.S. I just did a quick "redo" on Agnes's bio... the "Rebecca" in the text was a holdover from a merged profile with no solid source. I should have done that ages ago. Sorry!

Hi Hulett. You have edited Thomas Harrington's profile to include details of a different Thomas Harrington. The Thomas Harrington in the original profile was born in North Carolina and migrated west through Kentucky and ending up in Missouri where he died. Please start a new, different profile for the Thomas Harrington of Georgia for which you posted information. I can revert info on my Thomas Harrington once you do that. Thanks.

Hi Hulett,

What evidence was used to determine that Martha Dyer (Dyer-12817) was the wife of Zachariah Talley (Talley-1397) and the mother of his children? Have records been located as to a marriage for her in Virginia or elsewhere? Are there documents placing either Martha or Zachariah in Bladen County North Carolina in 1805?

If you could provide some sources for Martha's profile it would be helpful for tracking her life. Thanks, Karen Raichle

Hi Hulett,

Thanks for taking the Pre-1700 Quiz.

Because pre-1700 ancestors are shared by many descendants, working within the projects which coordinate them is essential. You can learn more about joining the community in How To #3 and in the Project FAQ. Use the Pre-1700 Projects list to find one which best fits your research focus, whether time period, location, or special event. Please refer to the new recommended sources for citing Pre-1700’s sources. when working on profiles of of that time period. For questions, just ask. Natalie, Pre-1700 Greeter
