Amelia's maiden name was Woolslair, according to her granddaughter Katherine Kline, daughter of William A. Kline. However, Amelia Freeman's Death Certificate named her parents, Jacob Dutt and Catherine Woolslayer. (The Woolslayer name was originally Wollenschlaeger, another version is Wollschlager.)
She is with her husband Adam Freeman and children in the 1860, 1870 and 1880 Census. [1]
If she is the daughter of Jacob Dutt who married Sally Maria Washagle (Wollschlager, Woolslayer, Woolslair), then she may be the "Emelina" Dutt, age 19, in the 1850 Census in the household of Jacob and Sally Dutt. [2]
Amelia lived with her daughter Elmira (Almira) in 1900 in Lower Mt. Bethel Township, Northampton, Pennsylvania. [3]
