Biography

Adopted by Emma & John Duvall. Sis was born out of wedlock. She is the child of John Duvall's brother, Charles H.Duvall. The mother "took off" according to our family story. Her birth name was Elizabeth G. Mundorf. The brothers had no idea Sis was not their birth sister until her birth father took her to live with him. She was a teenager. She was removed from what she knew as her family to keep house. Charlie was very wealthy. She lived comfortably. However, she did not have the discipline from her " family". She ran away & got married at abt 16 years old. This was the first of 3 marriages. She married a bandleader Surname : McKimmey. She sang in his Big Band. They moved to LOs Angels, CA. His bang, by family story, did well and became well known with Aunt SIDS as his singer. Eventually they divorced. She married Vincent Furrey twice and divorced him twice. She was an active alcoholic unfortunately. She died from Colon Cancer, a genetic defect in the Duvall Family. She called Arnold Duvall, her brother, & requested he nave her ashes strewn over the Pacific Ocean. She was penniless. Uncle Arnold Paid for her cremation. We do not know who arranged for distribution of her ashes.
