Biography
Ephraim Taylor Devall, 1849 Ohio ~ 1917 California, was the son of Joseph Addison Duvall and Nancy C. Carle. In 1873, Ephraim married Angenora Decker. They had four children, Elmer, Edgar, Charley, and John. His wife died in 1890 in Kansas. Ephraim married Zora Forest Ward (b. 1892). They had a son, Ephraim, Jr., 1913-1996. Ephraim Sr. died in California in 1917. [1]

Ephraim Taylor Duvall was born 6 January 1848 in Archers Fork, Washington, Ohio. He died on 3 June 1917, aged 69, in Oakland, Alameda, California. Burial: unknown. [11] His wife, Angenora (Decker), 1854-1890, is buried at Waverly Cemetery, Waverly, Kansas. Their son, Charley A., 1878-1882, is buried there also. His son, Ephraim, Jr., 1913-1996, is buried in Sacramento, California.
