Edna was born in 1910 to Edgar Dye and Jennie Sanders. She was raised by her maternal grandmother Cinderella Sanders until her death in 1923. Edna was 12.
Marriage: 25 Feb 1929 - According to Grandma White she had to marry Grandpa because they went to Pueblo on a date and his car broke down. She said they dare not come home without being married since they were there all night.[3][4]

Enda Viola Dye White, 94, Canon City, died Oct 9th, 2004.
She was born in Westcliffe, June 8, 1910, to Ed and Jennie (Sanders) Dye. She spent her early years in Westcliffe, where she lived with her grandmother.
She moved to Canon City in 1923, where she lived the remainder of her life. She attended school in Canon City and later married Oswald White. She raised a large family, having seven daughters and two sons and has several great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
She was very active in the Neighbor of Woodcraft Lodge and the Girl Scouts, and was a member of the Episcopal Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three children, and four grandchildren.
At Mrs. White's request, there will be private family services, with internment in Lakeside Cemetery in Canon City.
Services are being handled by Charles Anthony Funeral Home in Florence.[12]
