Effie is the daughter of George Dye & Eliza Smith.
She married William H Summers "Willie" about 1903.
George Dye came to Illinois from Monroe County, Tennessee.
He was the son of Thomas Dye and Sarah Lucy Pulliam. His grandparents were Henry and Anna Dye of Rutherford Co, NC and Chester Co, SC.
Eliza's obit says her mother is Jane Smith, but if she was born in 1886 then she is the daughter of Eliza Smith, sister of Jane.
