Dyer, Hadley P., Sergt.Co.B., 21st Me. Reg., Aug. 18, 1863, single, d. of wounds rec'd at Port H., Cario, Ill. (left there when Regt. came home, not able to come further).
Died in the U.S. General Hospital, Mound City, Pulaski, IL, 19 Aug 1863, from wounds received in a charge upon Fort Hudson, 27 May 1863.
Co B 21 Regt Me Vols Ft Hudson.
