Sybil Ann Dyer was born on May 24, 1823 in Sebago, Cumberland, Maine, United States, daughter of Daniel Dyer (1780–1838) and Martha Johnson (1781–1852).
Sybil married George Randall Winslow on Dec 3, 1842 in Casco Bay, Cumberland. Their known children were:
