Little Compton Families pg 254: They probably lived on the John Dyer Road for according to the witnesses of her will they lived in the= part of the town. The census of 1774 shows her to be living next to the Stoddards on Dyer Road.
Her will, recorded in LC Probate, book 2, page 399, made 5 Jan 1775 and proved 4 Aug 1778: "To sons James. Joseph, Benjamin and Preserved Dyer one shilling each, to four daughters, Mary Burdick, Welthy Trafford, Phebe Dyer and Lois Russell one shilling each, to daughter Welthy the privilege of living in my house, to granddaughter Eunice Trafford, one bed, to son Zachary Dyer all my other estste= real and personal.."
