Lowell (27) married Lura Etta Bell (21) (born on 9 Jul 1935 in Palo Pinto, Texas, United States; daughter of James Leldon Bell I and Veda Melvina (Brock) Bell) on 6 Nov 1956.

Lowell died on 11 Oct 1995, aged 66. He is commemorated at Perrin Memorial Garden.^{[3] [4] [5]}
