Brig. Gen. Eliphalet Dyer was a Founding Father in the American Revolution
- Eliphalet Dyer was born at Windham, Connecticut, 14 Sept. 1721, the only son of Colonel Thomas Dyer and Lydia (Backus) Dyer. [1]
