Joe Logan Dyer was born on October 14, 1898, in Paris, Texas, the child of Robert Dyer[1] and Mary Hamilton. He married Wynette L Christopher on May 8, 1918[2]. He died on February 4, 1973[3], in Arkansas at the age of 74.
