H. age 19 born in TN and his father’s ast., Emily A. age 17 born in TN and doing domestic work, Margaret age 11 born in TN, Marshall D. age 8 born in TN, and Thomas Croan age 9 born in TN.[1]

The 1870 U.S. Federal Census records John Dysart, age 65 born in TN, as a farmer living in Marshall Co., Tennessee. In his household are Rachal age 65 born in TN, Margaret age 22 born in TN Dunlap age 18 born in TN, Harrison age 29 born in TN.[2]

William Henry Harrison Dysart was born on September 2, 1840 in Marshall County, Tennessee, the son of John Dysart and Rachel (Heron) Dysart.

A farmer out of Farmington, he was 73 years old and a widower when he died at home on September 2, 1914 and was buried the same day in Dysart Cemetery.
