The 1880 U.S. Federal Census records James C. Dysart, age 34 born in OH, as a farmer living in Short Creek Township, Harrison Co., Ohio. In his household are his wife Susana age 29 born in OH, son Ellmore O. age 11 born in OH, son John E. age 9 born in OH, son Fred S. age 8 born in OH, and son Boyd W. age 6 born in OH, and son Charles H age 3 born in OH. Additionally there is a servant Eliza J. Stedman age 23 born in OH and a laborer John Sharp age 26 born in OH.[2]
William B. Dysart born October 2, 1873 in Harrison County, Ohio died October 20, 1955 in Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia at age 82 years 18 days of age. His death certificate records that he was a single man, a Retired Accountant in the steel industry, a resident of Cadiz, Harrison County, Ohio and his parents were James C. Dysart and Susanna Seebirt. He was buried in Olive Branch Cemetery, Harrisville, Harrison County, Ohio.[3][4]

The official birth record in Harrison County Ohio, Shortcreek Twp.,and other information shows him as Boyd W. Dysart. He is also found in Pittsburgh Pa as Boyd Wilber Dysart, in 1918 for the WW 1 draft registration. Birth date and parents match.
We believe the William B is a result of a misunderstanding where he died.
Note there is also a Boyd W. Dysart who served in the Civil War from Belmont Co., Ohio, do not be confused.
