Jeremiah was born19 Dec 1779, the son of James Dyson and Ann Unknown. Baptised St Marylebone Parish Church, Marylebone Road, London, England.[1]
He became a Lieutenant-General in the 18th Bombay Native Infantry. He owned property in Lincolnshire, England [2], and was a director of the Argus Life Assurance Company. [3]
Jeremiah married Emma Louisa Muntz, 19 Nov 1819, Northfield, Severn-Stoke, Worcester, England/ [4][5]
Widowed in 1823, Jeremiah remarried to Augusta Craven, 21 Feb 1854, St Mark's, Kennington, Surrey, England. [6][7]

Jeremiah died 20 Feb 1861, at 5, Lower Berkeley-street, Portman-square, London, England. [9][10]
Buried West Norwood Cemetery, London Borough of Lambeth, Greater London, England. [11]
