Mary (Eade) Gillard was born in Cornwall, England.

Mary was born in Redruth, Cornwall, England, in 1857. She was the daughter of James Eade, and Mary (Unknown). She was baptized on August 28, 1857, in Germoe, Cornwall.

She married Francis Gilard in Bolton, Lancashire, in 1880. The couple would have two children. She passed away in Bolton in 1909.
