Biography

Lucy was born in March of 1873, in Bloomington, McLean County, Illinois to Albert Bates Eastman and his wife Sophia S. Smith. She married John William Miller in 1896 likely in Illinois. They lived in Illinois and at times in Colorado Springs, El Paso, Colorado and Denver, Colorado where their son Milo Charles was born. She passed 18 Aug 1932 in Shelby, TN.
