Biography

Nathaniel Eastman, son of Roger and Sarah Eastman was born May 18, 1643 at Salisbury, MA. He married on April 30, 1672, Elizabeth Hudson, (p. 76; p. 399) [1] who died June 10, 1716. (p. 229)[2] He was a farmer and a cooper by trade at Salisbury. (p. 9) [3]

  • 1678: Took the oath of allegiance.
  • 1690: Made a freeman.
  • 1698: Admitted to the church in Salisbury. (p. 9) [3]

He died Nov. 30, 1709 (p. 555) [1] and was buried in the Salisbury Colonial Burying Ground, Salisbury, Essex, MA. [2] [4] His will was admitted to probate in 1710. (p. 9)[3]

Sarah born Nov. 11, 1674; died Sept. 6, 1719: married Nathaniel Ambrose on Dec. 3, 1697. (p. 229)[2](p. 77;p. 337)[1]

Jemima born Aug. 25, 1677; married on June 18, 1698, Joseph Davis of Amesbury. (p. 75; p. 337)[1](p. 229)[2]
