William was in the war of 1812 .......... is buried on Dalton Loop Road, off of Bus. Hwy 52. The cemetery is small and used to have trees grown up around it .... I think that there were about 12 people buried there ... but someone purchased the property and built a new home in approx. 2008/2009 ... and cut the trees off of the cemetery - leveled the ground - filled in the low spots for the graves and only left about three alone - one of them was William Eaton because he had a nicer headstone .... they left a few rocks marking graves .... I think that several grave spots were sewn over with yard.........(Entered by Etta Eaton, Monday, August 26, 2013)
