Biography

James Walter Eaton was born in 1838 in St Leonards, Shoreditch, Middlesex, England the son of Henry Eaton, a book keeper and Mary formerly Carr ^[1]. Between 1841 and 1848 his father abandoned his work as a book keeper and became a cab driver. By 1857 he had become acquainted with a Fanny Entwhistle. Their first child was born in St Pancras in 1858. Although they never married James and Fanny lived to gether for the next 23 years. They has ten children together

James died in Kensington, Middlesex, England in 1881^[2].
