Martin Ebert born 1780 and died 1854, York PA was married to Mary "Polly" Eichelberger, 1789-1863. Find-A-Grave: Memorial #13320213 . He was a Lutheran.

The 1790 Census lists a Phillip, Martin and a widow Ebert, coincidentally, since the Census list is alphabetical, an Eichelberger is listed above the Eberts.[1]
