Research Notes
Anna Maria Margaretha died about 1740. Jacob and son Johannes arrived in Philadelphia in September 1741, therefore Anna could not be buried in Pennsylvania. The Find a Grave reference is incorrect. Please do not add it as a source. Jacob was buried there, but his wife clearly died in Switzerland or Alsace.
There are multiple Ancestry Tree references suggesting her 1740 death and burial in America. Please disregard these erroneous sources.

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Anna by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Anna:
Kilcher-2 and Eck-710 both appear to be the same person but we would need to settle on the correct LNAB before merging. Eck is clearly the married name, but is there any evidence for the Kilcher surname? Or should one profile be changed to Unknown?

Kilcher comes (as I'm sure you've noted) as a GED import from Ancestry through import of John wilson family tree. John Wilson is apparently still active on WikiTree so I'll follow up with him.
I guess this is enough to keep the name as Kilcher?
