I'm researching my Briley family line. I noticed that you had John Briley as the father of Andrew Jackson Briley. Would you happen to have any documents to support this? Our family has never been certain as to the father of Andrew but he is listed on the probate records of Shadrack Briley in Nacogdoches County. I've always believed Shadrack was Andrew's father and Mary Polley Brantley his mother but would love to know if you found other information.
Lisa, just starting to enter my tree info on WikiTree. Just wanted to thank you for the work you have already started on my (our?) line. Trying to find out how to send you an "official" thank you through the WikiTree system, but have not found that yet.
The James Collins of this profile and will is NOT the same James Collins of the cemetery stone; so this profile is a combination of two people. The stone belongs to the James Collins whose mother's name is Odom. There are other confusions on wiki also; because the James Collins of this will is ALSO not the son of Joseph Collins - though there are sevearl links between the two on this wiki site. But none of the Joseph Collins' profiles mentions son James. ????????? Seems Collins's are all mixed up :(
