Biography
When Sarah E. Edgerton was born on February 6, 1803, in New Jersey, her father, Samuel, was 26, and her mother, Elizabeth, was 27. She had four sons and one daughter with Andrew Gifford between 1835 and 1846. She died on January 18, 1872, in Wayne, Indiana, at the age of 68, and was buried in Wayne, Indiana.
