Biography

Mildred was born in 1787. She was the daughter of William Thomas Morton (1743-1820) and Susannah Beverly Watkins (1743-1823).

On 27 Mar 1806, she married Edwin Edmonds. They had one child.

Edwin passed away in 1807. She married again in 1811 or 1812, to Henry N Watkins. They had 8 known children.

In 1870, she was living in Hampden, Prince Edward, Virginia, at age 83 working as a retired farmer. The property she was living on was owned by George. W. Redd and her daughter Susan[1]. She passed away in 1875.

Mildred Stuart Watkins was buried in the Briery Presbyterian Church Cemetery. In Briery, Prince Edward County, Virginia, USA[2].
