Ann Edwards married Robert Williams, Sr. on October 26, 1762.[1][2]
Ashkenaz Williams married Sarah Hackney. Sarah Hackney was a daughter of Joseph Hackney who was an immigrant from England. Robert Williams died and left his second wife a widow and this same Joseph Hackney married her as his second wife. Thus she became alternately the stepmother of both Ashkenaz and Sarah. She had two children by each.[3]
Her second husband (Joseph Hackney) appears to have been a close friend of her first husband (Robert Williams).
Anne was born in 1725.
