Rose Evelyn Edwards (married name Sinclair) was born in Collingwood, Victoria, Australia in 1878, the daughter of Harriet Pomeroy Edwards (nee Thomas) and William Henry Edwards. [1] [2]
She married Albert Edward Sinclair on 9 March 1904 in Victoria, Australia. [3]
