Esther was born about 1816. She passed away in 1885. She appears to be the Esther Edwards living at the house in 1841, apparently as a housekeeper. She married William Jones as his second wife. Her name changes to Catherine in the 1851 census, which may reflect confusion with the name of William's first wife or his daughter, or Catherine may be a middle name.
