Biography
She married Nigel George Palmes, with issue two sons. He drowned in 1969.
Death
She survived her husband by 47 years and died peacefully at home surrounded by her loved ones on 31 December 2016, aged 77.
A Service to celebrate Jan's life was held at 2 Beresford Avenue, Surfdale, Waiheke Island, on Friday 6 January 2017.
Legacy
She was survived by her two sons and five grandchildren.
