Cecil, born in 1907, was the son of Clarence Edwards and Florence Parker. His father moved the family from Arkansas to Oklahoma between 1910-1920. Between 1935-1940, Cecil and his wife moved to California, where they remained for the rest of their lives. He passed away in 1982 at 74 years old.
