NOTE DOB and DOD: There were two FAG memorials, 57013665 and 53448105, with two different dates. There is nothing that indicates that his grave is even there (his son's is). The profiles have now been merged into 53448105. I had asked if they could send me their sources for the information. They did not.

  • DOB: 1764 / DOD: 4 Jan 1850 -- DOD can't be right since he is listed in the Sept. 2, 1850 census
  • DOB: 1762 / DOD: 18 Apr 1853 -- these are the dates that were chosen in FAG.

The only census that provides any birth information is the 1850 census, which says he was born ~1764. But all we know for sure (?) is that he said he was 86 years old on September 2, 1850. -- July 2019 from Denise Ganopole. Please remove this note when additional information becomes available.
