Biography

Samuel Eells birth 19 Feb 1706/7 in Scituate, Massachusetts, a son of Nathaniel Eells and Hannah North [1][2]

He married Hannah Witherell on December 18, 1729 in Scituate.[3]

Together they had the following children:
  1. Robert Eells
  2. Sarah-Jane Eells
  3. William Eells
  4. Bradbury (Eells) Stetson, b. 17 Apr 1741; m. Benjamin Stetson, 30 Apr 1765; d. 19 Feb 1782 [4]
  5. Hannah Eells
  6. Samuel Eells[5].

He died on May 09, 1741 in Died At Sea

Eells-212 and Eells-3 appear to represent the same person because: The birth dates are off, but Eells-212 birth is a complete guess based on the attached daughter's birth. Guardianship of Bradbury was to her mother Hannah in 1757. There are other sisters, Hannah North Eells and Mary Eells on the same pages of the town records to associate Bradbury with her father, Eells-3. Please merge. Thanks.

Eells-3 and Eells-49 appear to represent the same person because: Same person, a slight discrepancy in birth date, but death and spouse match.
