Matje Egberts van de Streek was born 1767 and baptized January 4, 1767 in Oosterwolde, Gelderland, Netherlands. She is the daughter of Egbert Gerritsz and Hendrikje Opgelder. Matje married Egbert Steert, February 23, 1794 in Oosterwolde. She passed away November 20, 1843 in Doornspijk (Elburg), Gelderland, Netherlands.
