Biography
Catherine Eis was born on 26 January 1847 in Ohio.[1]
In 1860, while the rest of the family was shown in Randolph township, Montgomery county, Ohio, USA, Catherine was listed as the Ohio Deaf and Dumb Asylum.[2]
On 10 March 1872 she married John W. Shepherd in Grant county, Indiana, USA.[3]
On 30 Sep 1883 she married David Viley in Corydon, Indiana, USA.[4]. He was the son of Joab Viley.[4]
In 1900 she was a widow living, with daughter Nora, at her brother [Eis-77|David Eis]'s home in Jay county, Indiana, USA.[5]
She died on 9 October 1912 in Bearcreek, Jay county, Indiana, USA.[1]
