Hi Sven, you need to create the new categories for these two that you have sent to be renamed,

https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:34th_Osttransport_from_Berlin_to_Auschwitz https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:Transport_from_Bia%C5%82ystok_to_Auschwitz-Birkenau%2C_Aug_1943

See the links to the new categories are RED as they haven't been created yet.

Thanks, regards, Margaret, Categorization Project

Greetings Dr Sven

Thank you so much for adding your recently updated Helberg profiles to the Helberg name study. As you rightly stated my wifes family name has so many spelling variations, however I believe the addition of any variant spelling to the Helberg name study will contribute to the overall family tree.

I am pleased you are using the Helberg categories and the Helberg name sticker.

My wifes VOC Helberg was a tall man he landed at the Cape is 1752 and has over a 700 decendent most of the men are tall as well. I uploaded a heat map to the name study of where persons with the Helberg name are resident in Germany. Do the profiles you have recently uploaded correspond with that heat map?

Your current work is so important, if we can help or if you have Helberg brick walls kindly get back to my wife Deirdre her profile id is [Helberg-91]

happy hunting Paul

Greetings Sven!

This is Alex Fransen, and I’m contacting you in regards to the Waterloo project. I’ve been heading this project now for a year or two, and after typing the Orders of Battle, I’ve been working on Dutch high ranking officers that were present at Waterloo. I’m keen to hear any feedback you might have, and if you’re keen to join the project, please let me know and we can keep in touch! Cheers Alex

Thank you Sven for assisting in Christopher Henrich Meyer profile. I don't know where/how you found information on him but I am grateful. He has been a roadblock for me for many years and the information you provided may help me continue my research.

I began looking through the lineage and I need to do some more comparing but I'm starting to suspect, this is NOT the same Christopher Hinrich Meyer (Meier). Several years ago I came across a similar person you did and they were not the same person regardless of some matching data. This is due to other records I found on Ancestry and other databases. This may have to be unmerged. The records I've collected on another site, show my family came from the upper peninsula of Germany near Denmark and around Erfde. If there was the ability to find a DNA match that could help.

Morning, I was given your ID by a friend of yours, Cheryl Rowley...... I checked to see if we were related, no but I do have German ancestors. My maternal gggg grandparents came to America after the Civil War from Russia, Toepfer-66 is his ID. Your profile for Johannes Elbert is very informative and put together very nicely... Thank you for sharing all your family photos
