Charles was born in 1909. He is the son of George Elder and Annie Toon. At Sacred Heart Church in Hickman, Kentucky on 2/6/1934 he married Frances Aline Helm b 30 Aug 1915 d 4 Sep 1996, the daughter of William Don Helm and Sophfronia Alice Thompson [1]
