Biography

Elizabeth was the daughter of Thomas Elkins and and Elizabeth Gale. She married Stephen Phillips on 14 February 1750. Together they had 7 children (6 are documented over at FamilySearch): Robert Phillips, Captain Stephen Phillips, Mary Phillips, Elizabeth Phillips, Sarah Phillips, Lydia, and William Phillips.
