Biography

Leroy was born in 1900 in Harvard, Clay, Nebraska. He was the son of Jesse Franklin Eller and Elizabeth Estes.

He married Ruth Marian Paul on 15 Nov 1936 in Reno, Washoe, Nevada.[1]

They were living in Red Bluff, Tehama, California in 1940.[2]

He died in 1978 in Shasta county, California.[3]
