TSgt John Quentin Eller, 82 died Sept 6, 2002 at the Marion Veterans Hospital after a 20 month illness.
He was born July 15, 1920, in Hayesville, N.C. and lived in Anderson, Indiana from 1996-2002. He was employed at Timken Roller Bearing and Diebold Inc. Safe Company.
He was a member of 11th Street Church of God in Canton, Ohio. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a 1938 graduate of McKinley High School in Canton, Ohio. He loved to fish.
Survivors include a son John E. Eller of Canal Winchester, Ohio; a sister Mary Alwayne Rosenfield (Bartolett) of Anderson, Indiana and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Calvin S and Ella (Nicholson) Eller; three brothers and two sisters.
