I love genealogy and history! I am most familiar with Ohio and New York, but I enjoy hunting down information pretty much anywhere, and I try to help improve WikiTree when not busy indexing records at FamilySearch.

Hi, Anon. Thank you for your amazing efforts to clean up and "source" profiles around WikiTree! I noticed your recent work on a bunch of profiles that I adopted some time ago in order to get them merged (including Clark-8823).

Just one request: When a profile cites a poor source like "Ancestry Family Trees" as the source for a piece of information (such as a birth date), and you have not been able to find a better source that data, PLEASE don't remove the citation to the poor source. It's better to indicate where the information came from (even if it's not a good source) than to leave the impression that it fell from the sky (or something like that).  :-)

Thanks again for your good work!

If you are not a member of the Barnett family, and I gather you are not, this is a most generous and amazing thing you are doing. Thank you! I have yet to figure out how I incorporate whatever new info you have into my tree, but hope to do so.

"Generous Genealogist," "Sourcerer," and "Community Star" don't begin to describe the magical work you do! Finding the obituary for Stan Hames and filling in sooo much more on such an important part of my life is beyond the boundaries of your fame.

You have my deepest heartfelt thanks, and you can have my third-born, too!  ;)

Anon Ellerbrock has proposed a merge between Mary Woodworth (Fielder-544) and Mary Fielder (Fielder-400)

Hi, I received your request to merge these two profiles but there is no proof of the showing of the birth or death dates. I have not researched my Fielder much -- her birth and death dates were given to me by another Fielder. I think more research needs to be done before we merge them. Karen

My Gr-Grandmother was Mary Isabell O'Brien....she was never a Thomas... Thomas was her step-fathers , not her name, so I don't want this merged
