Biography
Marilla (Elliot) Burgess was born in about 1850 in Wilmot, Annapolis, Nova Scotia, Canada. She was the daughter of Charles Elliott and Lucy (Bent) Elliot. She married James A. Burgess on November 18, 1871 in Annapolis County, Nova Scotia, Canada.[1] She passed away in 1906 in Berea, Madison, Kentucky, United States.
